Because
we stand behind our products, our return policy is
simple. With proper approval, you may return for a
refund, less shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee,
items that are unused, in original condition and
original packaging.
Please do NOT return any items without contacting us
first! If you ship something back to us without
notifying us first your package could get lost in the
warehouse and you would either have to come over and
help find it yourself, or we might not be able to
process a refund or send a replacement. We will notify
you via e-mail of your refund once we have received the
returned item and inspected the item for damage.
Please take a moment to review your order for the
correct format. Our site clearly indicates whether the
format is VHS or DVD. A 20% re-stocking fee will be
charged on orders returned/exchanged due to incorrect
format selection.
If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion,
and no shipping was charged , we will issue a full
refund less a 20% re-stocking fee to recover our initial
shipping and handling costs. We will not issue any
credit for shipments that were refused and therefore
returned to us. At our discretion, we will refund
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please note: Some merchandise cannot be returned!
"Special Orders" are non-cancellable, non-returnable.
Some items may be directly drop shipped to you from the
one of our warehouses. We charge a 20% restocking fee on
the return of these products.
It is in your best interest to insure returned packages.
If the shipping box, or other packaging, you received is
in poor condition you will have to provide new
packaging. UPS or the Postal Service will not insure
boxes that will not hold up during shipment. Any
returned item received damaged is your responsibility
and we can't guarantee a replacement or refund.
DirtVideos.com does not accept returns based on content
complaints.
DirtVideos.com is not responsible for DVDs that come off
the spool during shipping. Even though the disc may
appear to have scratches it will still play just fine,
if there is a problem with the disc playing please
contact us.
